Please read this policy, along with our main Privacy Policy page before using our site, services or products. APPLE WATCH NEWS  (“we” “us”, “our”, “AWN”) are committed to caring for, protecting and respecting your privacy and keeping your personal data secure.

We are a UK based online news aggregator affiliate marketing website, specialising in Apple Watch and other electronic products.  We do not sell physical products, rather advertise a selection of products from third parties and refer you to those sites for the purpose of order fulfilment and associated activities.  We may receive commission for any qualifying sales.

What personal data we collect and why

a) Comments and Profile Images

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form.

b) Contact forms

Certain areas of the site use contact forms in order to generate an email message directed to us (and only us).

Contact forms capture personal data such as your name and email address, necessary to generate such emails and allow for a smooth communication.

We do not use the information captured on our contact forms for marketing purposes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment / review, the comment / review and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

Finally, we keep Google Analytics and other tracking data indefinitely, to allow for a smooth running of our business and compare analytics trends over the years.

What rights you have over your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, accounting or security purposes. Please request this by emailing info@applewatchnews.com
