Apple has released beta 4 of its upcoming iOS 17.2, iPadOS 17.2, watchOS 10.2, macOS 14.2, and tvOS 17.2 to developers for testing. As a registered developer, you can download and install the latest beta on your compatible devices for free. The newest beta builds arrived two weeks after the third developer build was released.
